1210 Cross-Runner Grid Deck Plastic Pallet

The Cross-Runner Grid Deck Pallet CHSY-1210 is injection-moulded from impact-resistant HDPE. Measuring 1200 × 1000 × 150 mm and 12.5 kg, it handles 1 T dynamic, 4 T static and 1.2 T racking loads. Its crossed underframe, reinforced with four steel bars in the deck and six underneath, distributes loads evenly and supports beam-rack storage, suiting pallet pools, 3PL operations, agriculture and cold-chain distribution. The black grid deck hides wear, ventilates, drains and dries quickly after washing to reduce odour and mould. True four-way entry gives flexible forklift handling, stable stacks and compatibility with automated conveyors. Requiring no fumigation or quarantine, it clears EU and North American customs smoothly; free of nails and splinters, resistant to moisture, insects and impact, and lasting several times longer than timber, it is fully recyclable at end of life — a reliable pallet that combines strength, durability and low cost for racking and export.
