1210 Three-Runner Ventilated Grid Deck Pallet

The Three-Runner Grid Deck Pallet CHSY-1210 is one-piece injection-moulded from impact-resistant HDPE. Measuring 1200 × 1000 × 155 mm at 12.5 kg, it carries 1.5 T dynamic, 5 T static and an exceptional 1.5 T racking load — among the strongest rackable grid pallets in its class. Four steel bars in the deck and four underneath, combined with three longitudinal runners, form a tough frame that stays straight on beam racking year after year. The open grid ventilates and drains, suiting cold-chain, fresh produce, food, beverage and e-commerce fulfilment, and it dries quickly after washing. Four-way entry works with every forklift, and stacks are stable. With no fumigation or quarantine needs, no nails or splinters, and excellent moisture resistance, plus nestable storage and a service life several times that of timber, this fully recyclable pallet is ideal for EU and North American cold chains and high-bay warehouses.
