The Three-Runner Combined Grid Deck Pallet CHSY-1212 is injection-moulded from impact-resistant HDPE. At 1200 × 1200 × 160 mm and 15 kg, it carries 1.5 T dynamic, 5 T static and 1.5 T racking loads. Six steel bars in the deck and six underneath, paired with three longitudinal runners, create a strong load-bearing structure; the grid deck balances light tare weight with heavy-duty performance on beam racking, serving food and beverage, agriculture, e-commerce and 3PL high-throughput operations. The open grid ventilates, drains and dries quickly, reducing moisture and bacterial build-up with simple wash-down maintenance. True four-way entry supports forklifts and hand pallet trucks, and loaded units stack securely across multiple levels.
